Moss wins in baseball

Moss Shields Baseball got an historic victory when they beat Fredrikstad Bears away from home. From the first pitch Moss grabbed the lead and never looked back. The Shields at times flashed offensive power and great team speed. With just one season behind them, the inexperienced Shields beat the more experienced Bears 19-8. Manager Brian Howard was very pleased with both the game and the result, and Moss Shields is development. ~ Moss Avis 06/18/2013
